As a general policy rule No Refunds are given once a parking space has been booked.
There will be no refund even if the vehicle owner is not able to reach the parking destination for example: due to traffic congestion en route to the parking area.
There will be no refund if the vehicle owner leaves the booked parking space before the booked time slot is up.
Only in case the parking area where the vehicle owner has booked parking, for some unlikely reason, is not available as pr. the vehicle owners booking, will the paid amount be returned. Of course, any such case will be informed to the vehicle owner immediately.
