Dear ParkGenie User, Please read the Terms & Conditions closely, before accepting the agreement.
Accepting the following T&C means the User of the ParkGenie User App has entered into an agreement with the owners of the ParkGenie App, namely
United Web Enhancers Private Limited.
The User of the ParkGenie App understands and accepts to get verified through OTP, and give correct information in the sign up process.
In case a user of the ParkGenie User App opts to get verified through safewebkey.com, in order to to get a vider selection of parking areas, and in order get the possibility of adding dependands in the ParkGenie App, it is understood accepted that the main user is responsible for the behaviour and action of the dependants. In the following Terms & Conditions, whenever a user has added dependants, the main user and the dependants will be refered to as one and the same.
The user of the ParkGenie User App understands and accepts that parking space will have to be paid for, electronically, before occupying the parking bay, and that there will be no refund in case of no show, no matter the reason. Also it will not be possible to cancel a booking after having made payment, and
there will be no refund in case the full booking peroiod is not fully utilised.
The users of the ParkGenie App understands and accept that it is not possible to overstay the booking period for which has been paid for. Failure to leave the parking bay / parking area in time can result in fines or removal of the vehicle at the expense of the vehicle owner / driver, depending on the Rules & Regulations of the individual parking area. United Web Enhancers Private Limited can not be part of these disbutes as it is considered a matter between the ParkGenie App user and the ParkGenie Parking Space Provider.
The ParkGenie App user understands and accept that if required to park in a demarcated parking bay it is imperative the vehicle is parked between the lines, and not on the lines. Parking the vehicle on the demarcation lines, thereby occoying 2 parking bays, can result in fines as pr the rules & regulations for the particular area. United Web Enhancers Private Limited can not be part of these disbutes as it is considered a matter between the ParkGenie App user and the ParkGenie Parking Space Provider.
The user of the ParkGenie App understands and accepts that any damage which has been caused be owner / driver of the vehicle to property of the parking space owner or other vehicules will be a matter between the ParkGenie App user and the ParkGenie Parking Space Provider or 3rd party. United Web Enhancers Private Limited can in no way be held responsible or get involved.
The user of the ParkGenie App understands and accepts that the parking space owner is requested to rate the visit, based on timely departure, the way the vehicle has been parked, and of course the overall behavior, while in the parking area.
Finally, the user of the ParkGenie User App accepts to receive relevant communication in the form of text and email messages from United Web Enhancers Private Limited with regards to ParkGenie and other group related comcepts.
Dear ParkGenie Parking Space Provider,

Accepting the following T&C means the Parking Space Provider has entered into an agreement with the owners of the ParkGenie App, namely United Web Enhancers Private Limited.
A private parking space provider using the ParkGenie App needs to:
• Provide Aadhaar number for authentication ( through safewebkey.com (FREE))
• Upload property papers, proving ownership of the parking space to be rented out
In case a parking space provider is not the owner of the parking area, a Power of Attorney by the owner(s) of the Parking Space is required, and the owner(s) will have to get verified through safewebkey.com too
Scan a cancelled cheque, clearly showing name bank account owner, and branch details. The name on the cheque should be same as the owner of the parking space, or the person to whom the Power of attorney has been issued in favor of.
• Upload the company's GST registration certificate.
• Upload a declaration from minimum 2 Directors, on company letterhead, stating the company agrees to use the ParkGenie App for parking on the premises of the company.
• Upload a scan of a cancelled cheque, clearly showing name bank account owner, and branch details. The name on the cheque should be same as the Company applying to use the ParkGenie App
Provider of parking space using the ParkGenie App agrees to receive electronic transfers for the money earned through the ParkGenie App, latest on the 5th bank day of the following month.
Provider of parking space through the ParkGenie App understands and accepts that United Web Enhancers Private Limited, will collect and hold on the income generated through the ParkGenie App, until latest 5th banking day in the following month. The amount transferred is less a fee of 10%, which is the fee charged for the use of the ParkGenie Parking Space provider App.
Kindly note that the money earned through the ParkGenie App is taxable income, and upon request from ITO, the income earned will be shared with the authorities.
The ParkGenie Parking Space Provider understands that ”guests” are requested to rate the provided parking space after having left the area.
The ParkGenie Parking Space Provider agrees, and understands that the parking space made available through the ParkGenie App should be amble and spacious enough for the guests to be able to maneuver their vehicle with no difficulties.
The ParkGenie Parking Space Provider agrees, and understands that any insurance issue relating to renting out of parking space through the ParkGenie App, is between the parking space provider and the vehicle owner. United Web Enhancers Private Limited cannot be held responsible in anyway.
The ParkGenie Parking Space Provider agrees and understands that United Web Enhancers Private Limited can ban the Parking Space Provider from using the ParkGenie App in case repeated, and serious complaints are lodged by vehicle owners.
In case of serious problems, United Web Enhancers Pvt. Ltd., will reserve the right NOT to pay the paid fee, and reverse the payment to the payee, thus not passing on the agreed fee.
The ParkGenie Parking Space Provider understands and accepts that United Web Enhancers Private Limited, cannot be held responsible for any perceived loss incurred in case the parking space taken off the ParkGenie App.
Furthermore, United Web Enhancers Private Limited cannot be held accountable in case the PargGenie App cannot connect to the internet, is not working properly, or if the user of the ParkGenie App is using it incorrectly.
Once a parking space has been booked through the ParkGenie App, the Parking Space Provider cannot cancel the booking.
The ParkGenie App space provider accepts that United Web Enhancers Private Limited can store the information received, in up to 12 months after the cooperation is terminated, and in some cases longer if required by the law.
Parking Space Providers can with 30 days written notice period terminate the agreement, if the Parking Space provider and the Property owner is one and the same.
For a Parking Space Provider who is providing parking space on the basis of a Power of Attorney, the property owner can at any time terminate the agreement with 30 days notice period, without the consent of the person holding the Power of Attorney.
A corporate user can terminate the agreement with 30 days notice period by sending a written termination notice on company letterhead and signed by minimum 2 Directors indicating their Aadhaar number.
The user of the ParkGenie Parking Space Provider App understands and accepts that the communication is mainly based on electronic communication and that any change in phone number email address, has to be shared with United Web Enhancers Private Limited.
Furthermore, the Parking Space Provider accepts and understands that an integrate part of the ParkGenie Concept is done through text messaging and transactional text messages. For this reason, it is important to accept the electronic messages the being send from the back-end system handling ParkGenie.
The user of the ParkGenie App understands and accepts that all information such as mobile number, residential address, bank details etc. will have to be updated, whenever a change occurs.
The user of the ParkGenie Parking Space Provider App, cannot hold United Web Enhancers Private Limited responsible for not providing updated information, and timely bank transfers etc. if the information on file are not correct and updated.
